Customer Service That Shines
I designed an immersive customer service tutorial using Articulate Storyline 360, based on real-world scenarios from the department store where I currently work as a store trainer. The tutorial places learners in authentic, job-based situations that mirror daily customer interactions, allowing them to practice decision-making in a safe, interactive environment. By incorporating realistic dialogue, branching scenarios, and guided feedback, the course supports consistent service expectations while helping employees build confidence and apply best practices directly on the sales floor.
